Hyper-Cryogenic Valve
Since 1984, HAITIMA has been making efforts to push forward domestic manufacturing of ultraslow temperature vessels with nitrogen as a key ingredient. In response to this domestic manufacturing effort, we have also started to develop related valves. In this area, we are a pioneer. With high growth during post-economy era, the industrial use of nitrogen, the use of natural gas, refrigeration industries related with this heat use of: liquid nitrogen, liquid carbon dioxide, etc., related industries of low temperature also grew smoothly, in particular, development in the use of nitrogen in semiconductors and in the electronic industry, etc. During the past 20 years, we have been supplying ultra-low temperature valves. Regarding quality management, we demand high safety, material inspection (material analysis, tension check, and low temperature spot-check), non- destructive tests (radiation check, liquid penetration non-destructive test, ultrasonic non-destructive test) sub-zero environ- ment, various pressure checks, low temperature check, and oil-free treatment & inspection. In addition, we have a powerful technical team. For many years, we have been making great contributions to technological innovation.
The advantages of the design and structure
Lightweight and small sized valve housing ---- To reduce heat loss of the valve housing, the lightweight and small sized valve housing for ultraslow temperature application was specially designed. The welding method of the handle portion is the most suitable processing method.
Long bonnet of proper length ---- If the temperature of the ground portion is below the dew point, it is prone to coagulate with the moisture in the air, causing difficulty in operation. If the temperature is too low the glue loses some of its effectiveness in sealing, which can cause leakage. Consequently, to prevent the heat of the liquid from directly causing this, the long bonnet was specially designed. This length is the most suitable length design based on the tests and previous performance.
Ideal valve seat (Soft touch) ---- The SW or BW valve housings use soft touch valve seats so that the piping cannot be taken out easily and the valve seat and valve housing may not be damaged. Disc sealing is using low temperature characteristics that can stabilize 15% of Glass, Teflon and 3FPCTFE, which can be exchanged when necessary. (Metal touch) ---- Liquefied gas lacks lubricity. Using Austenite Stainless as the material, alve housing is designed. The valve seat is molded with the valve body as a whole. The bearing surface uses Stellite metal which largely increases the life.
The structure that prevents regasification pressure rise The body of globe valve uses the flexible type that can be fully sealed. But now if the liquefied gas inside the valve housing is sealed absorbing heat from the outside, it may result in regasification and cause a pressure rise as the temperature rises. To avoid this, the structure of the relief hole was designed on the upper flow measurement.
Durable GLAND packing U-Ring molded with durable Teflon can be operated. Light and handy and be used semi-permanently. When necessary, it may be made corresponding to various combinations of Packaging.
Gaskets with good low temperature characteristics Gasket is made of GYLON. It has small shrinkage, good compression restoring features and stable low temperature characteristic (-210~260°C). When necessary, it can be °C
Handling acid gasoline Ultraslow temperature valves are handled using oil-free Trichloroethane when being assembled, which can be used with case.
