Structure: The equipment includes inner container, Jacket, insulating layer, surface cover, reducer, mixing paddle, and thermometers. The inner container: using stainless steel SUS304 materials, housing with polishing treatment, jacketed: Q235 - B steel plate or SUS304, reinforcing ring screw device, cooling water went from the bottom up (no pressure), to achieve the best control of temperature; Insulation layer use polyurethane or glass cotton to keep the balance of outside temperature, achieve the result of heat preservation; The housing use the imported SUS304 stainless steel; Reducer: cycloidal needle wheel planetary reducer, fixed in the beam of the bracket, reducer wheel out shaft and agitating connection, the loop connection, easy disassembling and cleaning; Thermometer: specification 0 ℃ ~ 100 ℃, straight stretch minimum medium position, make the liquid material use the lowest position can also indicate temperature, achieve sterilization and aging purpose.
