Standard Features:
The valve shall be capable of Bi-Directional, bubble tight service to 175 PSI (2" - 12"), 150 PSI (14" - 21")
Body: One-piece bodies cast in both wafer and tapped lug patterns. Flanged top plate for direct mount actuation.
Disc: Machined round and hand polished to provide a bubble tight shut off, lower torque and longer seat life.
Stem: One piece double D, blow-out proof design.
Seat: Dovetail seat for bubble tight, bi-directional shutoff and shall be field repairable. No gaskets required for pipeline installation.
Upper Bushing: Heavy duty non-corrosive Delrin.
Lower Bushing: Bronze or stainless steel.
Stem Seal: Two O-rings for positive sealing and leak prevention
Disc and Stem Connection: A stainless steel retaining pin provides a positive leak proof connection and quick disassembly.
Operating / Test Conditions:
Face to Face: ISO 5752 table 5 short
Mounting Flange: ISO 5211
Flange Requirements: ANSI 125/150 flat or raised face.
Pressure Rating: Bi-Directional bubble-tight shutoff to 150 PSI and tested to 110% of full rating.
Maximum Working Pressure: 150 PSI
Test pressure: 170 PSI
Shell Testing: 300 PSI
